I was fortunate enough to be partnered with David as my Global HR Lead during a large scale Transition effort through Q2-Q4 of 2020.

David was brought in to lead the HR agenda relating to the sale of our Global Hygiene business to Rentokil Initial plc.

 

He worked both tirelessly and seamlessly with the Exec team, the deal team and with all related managers across 9 countries of operation (1900 employees) stretching from the UK to New Zealand.

 

This was a highly demanding and pressurised project with a very lean team, virtually no resources in-country and tight deadlines.
